Pound for pound the best around

The wife and I went to Hill Country last night, the cool new BBQ place
in Manhattan. The food was fantastic. The decor and ordering process
were not.

To order your food, you go to the meat counter and order by the pound.
Then you take your tray to the sides counter, the drinks counter, and
the register. There's nothing like standing in line for food while in
a restaurant!

At the meat counter, I got a pound of pork ribs thinking that it would
be a whole rack. It was four ribs. I ended up eating all four ribs
and a quarter pound of brisket.

On the way home, I remarked to the wife that, while I can eat a rack
of ribs in a normal restaurant without a second thought, eating "a
pound" of ribs made me feel extremely gluttonous.

She said, "Sweetie, you didn't eat the bones."

And that's why I married her.
