You stare, you glare, you constantly try to compare me

I was on a job interview yesterday at a law firm when the partner interviewing me said, "You keep saying that you have this experience, but it's not on your resume.  I don't understand why you wouldn't put that on your resume."

When I told him that it is on there, he handed me his copy of my resume and a pen.  I circled the THREE places where it was listed under all THREE of my previous employers.  It was blatantly obvious.  Under my most recent employer, I only have five bullet points and the second one was the one he was looking for.

As I was circling, I had visions of working for this guy.  He seemed like the type to call me at 8 pm and say, "I read that brief and you left out our best arguments!"  Then I would have to go to his office and point it all out to him.

I am not getting that job.
