I spent this past weekend in the land of my co-blogger: Arizona. The wife has family out there and I had never been so we made a small vacation out of it.
I bought tickets to see the Mets play the Diamondbacks on Saturday. It was around 85 degrees and sunny. They closed the dome and turned on the air conditioning.
The stadium was far from full and I was surprised. My uncle said to me, "See that pool in the outfield? That tells you how seriously we take baseball out here."
