But the haste is misplaced

Today I chatted with my friend about babyhairs. Babyhairs afflict me and they are part of the reason I got bangs. I have serious beef with babyhairs.

"I hate my babyhairs. And I don't have them because of hairspray. I never use hairspray. That's such a frustrating rumor. It's SO FRUSTRATING!!!" I bitched.

"I don't know," she responded, "I've heard that too many times for it to be a rumor."
