Nibbling on sponge cake, watching the sun bake


Yesterday my buddy Clyde walked into my office while I was surfing the web.

I said, "I'm researching Mexican desserts. My brother and I are cooking a Mexican Easter this weekend."

Clyde said, "Why are you researching? Frozen margaritas."

Last night I went home and made churros which, as it turns out, are incredibly easy to make. Now I just have to think of some crazy dipping sauces. I wonder if you can dip churros in frozen margaritas.
