Here is something you can't understand



Over the weekend I made a flourless chocolate cake. I served it over a raspberry sauce and topped it with whipped cream. Then I took a horrible photo of a slice.

My cousin loved it and asked for the recipe. I said that I would e-mail her the cake recipe, but the raspberry sauce was just raspberries thrown into a food processor and then passed through a mesh strainer.

She said, "Strainer? Forget it. I don't even have a mesh strainer. That's way too much work for just a sauce."

I was glad I didn't tell her about framboise.
