The first query I received was from a "Gihan Sukawanhere". Since this is a genderless name I was unsure how to reply to the email. "Dear Mr. or Ms. Gihan Sukawhanere," I began, then directed the person to call me to set up an interview.

Instead, the person went through my boss's secretary, and has avoided contact with me.

I guess I offended him/her?
