Everybody knows it's spring again



I made a lemon tart with raspberries to bring to dinner at my cousin's house. I loved the soft, velvety texture and the strong, fresh flavors that came from the fresh lemons and the fresh raspberries. It tasted like a springtime kick in the mouth. The recipe requires you to whisk eggs, sugar, and lemon juice in a double boiler until it thickens, then put the mixture in a blender and slowly add butter while it blends. It was a pain in the ass, but it was worth it.

My cousin said, "It tastes like cheesecake to me."
